STUDIO POLICIES

Packages must be purchased in advance to reserve your lesson. You can pay by Visa or Mastercard through the Zen Planner portal on our website, through the Zen Planner Member App on your mobile device, or in person at the studio.

WE REQUIRE AT LEAST 24 HOURS NOTICE FOR CANCELLATIONS OF ANY LESSON. Please cancel your session through the Zen Planner app or email us at info@pilatesfromthecenter.ca. A missed session without 24h notification will be charged in full.  

 

 GROUP CLASSES

  • Group classes include up to 5 reservations. If only 1 client is reserved for a group class, the studio reserves the right to either cancel the class or offer a 1/2 hr Private instead of a 1hr Group Class. 

  • Group class packages (5 or 10 packs) expire 4 months after purchase and 20 packs expire 6 months after purchase unless put on a temporary hold for absences. 

    • A package can be put on hold for 2-4 weeks. 

  • It is your responsibility to email the studio at info@pilatesfromthecenter.ca if you need to put your Class Package on hold.

  • Group class packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.

 

PRIVATE & SEMI PRIVATE SESSIONS

  • All private and semi-private reservations must have a credit card on file in order to hold your spot. 

  • Introductory packages will expire 4 months after purchase unless put on hold

  • Private packages (5 or 10 packs) will expire 4 months after purchase unless put on a temporary hold for absences. 

    • A package can be put on hold for 2-4 weeks. 

  • It is your responsibility to email the studio at info@pilatesfromthecenter.ca if you need to put your Private or Semi-Private Pack on hold.

  • Private & semi-private packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.

 

STUDIO COMMUNICATION

  • Studio business hours are Monday-Friday 9a-5p. If you email or call us outside of those hours, we will respond to you the next business day.

  • Once you become a client of the studio, PFTC reserves the right to email you from time to time with special announcements or information pertaining to your membership.

Pilates from The Center does not offer refunds or transfers. All sales are final.
